Apple Health (HealthKit)

No sugar can read a small set of health data from Apple Health so that the Health Insights card can show your progress alongside your sugar-free streak. This is optional. The App works fully without it and only requests access after you tap Connect and grant permission in the standard Apple Health authorization sheet.

What we read

• Body mass (weight)
• Sleep analysis
• Active energy burned

What we do with it

• The values are read on demand and displayed only inside the App.
• They are never transmitted to our servers or to any third party.
• They are never used for advertising, marketing or any form of profiling.
• They are never sold, shared or disclosed to anyone.
• No sugar writes nothing back to Apple Health.

You can revoke access at any time in the Health app under Sharing, Apps and Services, No sugar. Revoking access stops the App from reading any further data and removes the values from the Health Insights card.

Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt-out of analytics collection through your device settings
